Humidity is back with a bang and it is not playing nice with your hair.. Like I always say go with what your hair likes to do the best.. If it"s curly let it be curly and if it"s straight let it be straight. No sense in trying to do something that the humidity will take away.. The reason I  say that is because you will create damage to your hair. You will apply more heat to your hair to create something that will go back to its natural state. But I know there are those of you that will try to do the impossible. So here are some products that will help you succeed. For those who want straight hair  you should start with Smooth Sexy Hair shampoo and conditioner. These will help to create smooth, shiny and managable hair. Smooth Encounter will help make your blow-outs last longer. Then I would top it off with Weather Proof which is a product that will help repel humidity. For those that want to put curls in there hair, start out with Sulfate-free Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. Then amplify your hair with Big Altitudefrom the Big Sexy Line. Spray Spray And Play hairspray in your hair create your curls and then spray again.. Top of with Weather Proof which helps repel the humidity so your curls stay intacted.. Hope these little tips help you combat the humidity..

Hello everyone!!  It's me Vikkie and welcome to Vikkie Monaco Salon Studio Blog. I will be sharing beauty tips, product knowledge, and I will be letting you know about exciting new things that will be happening in the Suite. This month we are getting ready for spring. This is the time to be thinking on brightening up your hair color. Adding a few hightlights with your service will actutally add a touch of sun without creating a lot of maintance. So when you come in for your next service ask for a touch of sun, because we can all need a little sun now a days.
